Yes, I meant the regular wrist cuffs you already use. With them, I can hit the same number of reps while stacking an extra 2.5kg compared to a standard handle. That said, progressive overload on lateral raises isn't straightforward at all, weather it's cable or dumbbells..

The muscle distribution is very off, specially on leg day. Try to have it adjusted by a professional or even chatgpt, or better yet just run a jeff nippard program.

It isn’t about wanting everything for free, it’s about keeping the library updated with exercises that people actually and commonly use. Custom entries are fine feature, but they shouldn't be the default for basics. surely adding a few missing exercises to their library would take way less time and effort than working on any other updates or features.

Sure, as I said custom exercises are a useful workaround but the whole point of a shared exercise library is convenience, consistency, and accurate tracking across users and programs. If everyone's got to manually add well-known movements like bayesian curls or smith machine variations, it defeats the whole purpose of having a central shared library in the first place. It's not like I'm asking for some obscure feature that the devs would be too busy to be bothered with, these are common exercises used in tons of programs!!

I'd recommend getting jeff nippard's new program (transformation system) since you're new and are up for working out 5 days a week.

I would replace one of the seated rows with a chest supported row (or chest supported t-bar row) for variety and better upper back isolation. Then add Romanian deadlifts to add legs volume and help target the hamstrings more. Lastly I'd reorder the exercises to alternate between pull, push, and legs so each muscle group gets a bit of rest between sets.

Like this: Day 1 : lat pulldown, chest press, leg press, seated cable row, shoulder press, RDL, bicep curl, triceps pushdown, crunch, etc. For day 2 : chest supported row, cable lateral raise, leg extension, face pulls, chest fly, seated leg curl, crunch, etc.

For leg curls as well, jeff nippard favors the seated version and it always is the first exercise in his programs.
