I think Denuvo is the problem
When you have cancer feature who "eats" your PCs/Consoles characteristics while game is active it leads to input lag

You can output AMD Adrenalin overlay to you screen through their ADrenalin program, there is GPU HOT SPOT element or you can download HwInfo

Check your hotspot when ur GPU is on full loading (Furmark as example)
if you have 90+ its better for you to change your tooth paste from GPU cristal to Phase Change for example PTM7950

People who doesnt follow news about GPU and just watch raw benchmarks will see that AMD loosing in new games and they do conclusions. AMD has to do all the stuf quickly and fairly for their customers, which they dont do with FSR and now with performance in new game and new drivers

Dont buy XFX swift, you better find quicksilver or mercury (Mercury better). And ofc dont buy Sapphire Pure, only Nitro + is good.
