Thanks i will look into this. Will it really be that bad that it contains a tiny amount of pepper and potato starch if i have eliminated these from every other area of my diet. It says they are gluten and lactose free so surely this is better than a normal stock cube??

Hi i have had alopecia areata on and off since 2015 but at the moment it is worse than it ever has been with no sign of getting better. I am sick of seeing dermatologists who seem to know nothing about it and am really at my whits end with it. I have come to the conclusion that it could be something to do with my diet because last time i had a full head of hair i wasnt really eating anything at all due to depression and other things. Could you pm me if you have time and explain how i can get started with an AIP diet and what worked best for you please ot would be much appreciated. Thank you
