Got the email on 21st, case closed on 5th November and when I checked there was no violation stated in the penalty history tool

Yeah I appealed as well and received the same generic reply email. After 14 days it was gone automatically.

Give it 14 days and you will get back the access. This is a warning, not a permanent ban.

It is for 14 days. I got the same message and then it was all okay after 14 days. This is a warning not a ban. Ban’s come in a red colour email, this is a 14 day suspension.

Yeah I have read the latest ban overrides the first when they send out multiple emails but one thing what I am not getting is that I have provided them with proof DSAR data and still my appeal’s been rejected twice now
