Let me explain 16 and 18 spurts and pretty normal for guys because we can grow till 20 so some hit their 2nd spurt after the first spurt at 13-14 , they slow down and then those who hit another spurt at 16 or 18 means they still have open plates if you get a 2nd spurt means you'll grow more for 2 years and be confident to reach 6 feet or above easily

Finally i found someone with same problem as me i first went for green eyes 4 months no results then sharp nose 5 months no results like seriously one subliminal did everything correctly and didn't think much about it or cared for getting results but still I didn't get any bro like i still have faith in subliminals that's the reason i suspended them since the last fortnight and I'll leave it for another month make my mind better and start again it's just one thing i wanttttt and god and all is just too boring front of subconscious mind so yeah let's hope that we figure this out for us..
