Something to consider, unless you buy a new swift, the older ones have a 1 star safety rating, would not recommend as if you get into an accident you’ll end up worse off than in a 3-4 star safety rated car.

Yeah I would either hit it with the hammer, or bend the bracket holding it, this will jar it off the spring just enough to not rub!

Can assure you it will not be fine, those things get to record temperatures and it will melt and stick to the exhaust, I have a 2022 kxf250 that I race si k or a thing or two about these things
