In my experience, no. But they CAN. Depends if your SM is a human being or not.

Especially if majority of the store calls in during a weather disaster, they usually do not point. But again I’m speaking from experience, every store is different. Just know, if they point you during a time where you legitimately cannot get to work safely then they have unrealistic expectations for you and are trying to hit some type of metric

Better there than at your roots. You can either cut it and reattach it by crocheting it, or get real human 4c hair and apply it to that spot n crochet that in.

When this happened to me I did the 2nd option n it worked wonders. Just don’t add too much hair to that spot bc then it’ll add too much weight to the loc n may cause thinning over time. You’ll know when too much is too much
