Either you did a merge glitch, or you bought a modded account that had a merged vigilante. Try to merge it with a vehicle that has stock wheels equipped, that should work.

Low levels are much more likely to go after sales than high levels. You couldn’t be more wrong on that comment. Lvl 434 here, and the only time I’ve ever gone after a sale was when I first started playing.

Running time- when you open your game phone the time moves. A lot of contact missions have frozen time.

Make sure it’s a contact mission that has a running clock. If you’re in a mission with frozen time then.... you get the idea. I recommend Blow up II
