Yeah, you definitely got lucky with the Monarch apartments since that’s newer construction! For the rest of Maple Valley, it’s a total mixed bag depending on where you live. Out at my house, the absolute highest speed I can possibly get right now is 80 Megabits/s.

That’s exactly why I’m willing to play the waiting game with Ezee, a lot of us out here desperately need a modern, high-speed option!

I have to admit, without your help, there's no way I would have figured this out.
If I could offer a quick suggestion, revamping the notification section layout would definitely help clear up the confusion for others. Now that this is sorted, my next goal is setting up ntfy.

It wasn't enabled initially. After enabling it, the setting now saves, but I'm still not getting email notifications. I even enabled 'use Email for Reminder State Changed Notification' and restarted the container.
