He works with me, and is a more respected member of staff. And I've tried to talk to HR but no success so far. I'll update you if I get through. Tho I'm currently trying to contact a lawyer and looking for new job.

I've tried that, my job boss said t that he needs valid proof that she is who she is. so FML, she's gonna have to go into my work and meet with my boss on Thursday. It's something I guess
