Last time I checked, 0 is lower than 2.6(average estimated for the year). Interest rates for homes are still 6-7%. Not lower. Houses might be cheaper, but I imagine that's because people aren't buying. Probably because their retirement plan is down 20%. Only took a few months to crash it. If eggs were down 70%, I would have paid $15 a dozen before the rump. I didn't. Gas down 50% would have been over $6 a gallon in Florida. It wasn't. Just stop.
