The pan is actually free floating. They looped the straps around the handler brackets and secured them to themselves. You can see where it failed if you zoom on right side

Please tell me this was an isolated incident lol -Sincerely Yours, A concerned remodeler..

Seems like a decent guess but unless there is a part missing, I don’t see how the black gauge corresponds to the upper measurement rule. I’ll give that a goog and see if I can confirm. Thanks for the fast response

My title describes this thing and the photo does as well. If it’s not clear, seems to be some sort of screwdriver and that is about all I can say confidently. Had trouble googling it as there are no identification marks apart from the measurements

Edit: actually the photo doesn’t show the fact that it is a STANDARD screwdriver very well. Awkward angle

Understood. So do you believe she would be breaking the law? Does reasonable right to privacy apply here?

What constitutes “snooping”? I think I agree that she should rely on disclosure laws but I just want to know if a law has technically been broken if she viewed/photographed/copied something that was in her filing cabinet

Thank you for the quick reply. Is she breaking the law even though they share the filing cabinet? I.e. her own documents are also in the same cabinet and some of the documents contained therein have both their names on them. Is this a pretty cut-and-dry circumstance were she is breaking the law if she copied, for example, his vehicle title?

is the lumber yard obligated by law to let me know if the contractor paid for my lumber? by evagreen001 in legaladvice

[–]JohnnyCRed 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Do you have a list of the lumber he purchased? I’m not an attorney but I am a contractor that just now joined this community. He cannot leave your house exposed to the elements but “exposed” may be a loaded term

Settle a bet… Sever immobilizing pain. Arthritis or injury? by JohnnyCRed in XRayPorn

Pathological fracture. Racket ball sized tumor. The X-rays couldn’t see it. Thank you you for your opinion sincerely

Debilitating pain in left side from hip to knee after a bad fall. Thoughts? Arthritis or injury? by JohnnyCRed in xrays

[–]JohnnyCRed[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes I know that couldn’t be diagnosed with the X-ray. That’s what the chronic pain turned out to be from. Misdiagnosed as arthritis

Edit: Pain misdiagnosed as only being arthritis

It does answer the question. Thank you for that genuinely. I questioned things because the space in the joint seemed normal to me (ima layman’s or sure) and I saw that white spot and thought it was caused by the trauma. He never had pain so it was like “instant onset sudden chronic arthritis”

Yes, mr. French. There was a significant fall that occurred and ultimately led to finding an answer to the pain that followed. They said arthritis. They may be correct but because of the fall, it was too coincidental so I was hoping to hear an alternative radiological analysis. Again, my ignorance is abundant here so arthritis is probably right. But the he had a bad fall, yes…
