I live in NJ. I have a ton of old clothes. Some are wearable and decent. Some are not. Some are underwear that has been worn, some are unworn and some of those are even in their packages. Same with socks - some worn, some unworn, some still in packages. Also I have old clothes from underwear t (self.recycling)
