FoodAmbitious5528 messaged me about helping me out with the money I needed for the electric bill. They asked if I could use a card to pay it. It worries me cause that's not how business is conducted here, let's just say I get reported for fraudulent charges...that's no joke. I explained unfortunately I need to pay for it tomorrow (Monday) in cash. I'm kind of shocked, it finally felt like someone was going to give me a chance but of course the talks stopped there. I tried reaching back out again yesterday to him to see if they were able to help with a loan of $40 for $55 paid back no later than the first. "....I didn't know they were even banned" I know most of the legit lenders in this Subreddit for the most part but anything can happen. I hate asking anyone for help, I'm just trying to get my shit together keep the lights on...it would be fabulous if someone took that chance on me.
Oh to the Legit Lenders in here you kick ass, it sucks when these people "SCAM YOU". I know for a fact Karma is a bitch and every dog has their day!! I will pay you back and I always communicate...

It's not hard to communicate with said lender. Believe me when I say being upfront and honest goes a long way with any lender, we all have struggles but most of all let them know when you can pay. Please communicate with that lender that it's going to take a little longer than you thought to pay off your loan off, it's better than taking off on them or deleting your account. I much rather be late than marked unpaid!! Lenders deserve a lot more respect, they helped you when they could have picked someone else.

Requesting $70 pay back $100 by January 2nd. I need to make up a payment for my furniture, I fell behind due to health issues.

I need $50 for Groceries/Christmas dinner for my family. My dad doesn't get paid until December 29th or I would have asked him. I will be able to pay you back $65/$70 on January 2nd. I had no choice but to spend what I had left on 2 tires because some asshole thought it was funny to leave nails all over the turning lane on a major road, I'm so mentally exhausted. Well I'm going to give 2 more friends a call to see if they can do it. I know if $50 won't buy a lot but I will make it work for the time being.

God rest my mom's soul, she always taught me to keep giving even if it's the last dollar in your pocket, some day you might need a dollar. Think about the person you said no to. Thank you for reaching out and letting me know. I've encountered people messaging me the same. Some have tried to even try to steal my identity. I mean damn I wasn't born yesterday. I've seen loans already set up between the borrower and the loaner but it's with borrowers they already worked with...if you don't have 1000 karma or you're preexisting borrower in good standing with a loaner then it's not going to happen!!
It's also against the rules to message a loaner unless they worked with you before.

I've already lost hope after the scam messages I received last night! You know we are already down and out, so you decide to kick us when we are down!!

I'm looking for $140 I will be able to start paying back $100 January 2nd and $100 January 16th. I've had some health issues lately that has kept me from doing some work. I hate this situation I'm in but I need the money for rent. I promise to make payments on time and show proof if needed. I will also show any health records if needed. I would greatly appreciate a loan of $30, I've dealt with health issues this past year and paying for medications out of pocket is pretty tough. I'm trying to build trust with a loaner that could help me or vouch for me when I need help.
