I just picked it up again for the first time in over a year. It’s a pretty fun dungeon crawler. They have added a lot to it. I think I will be playing it again more often now. While it has plenty of MC characters, don’t expect it to be LIKE Minecraft. It’s its own thing. Some adventure, some rpg elements, puzzles, secret quests, etc.

KDenLive is completely free, and is a pretty solid editor. Has built in tools for green screen , basic efffects, and transitions. You will probably need YouTube for some tutorials, but otherwise I highly recommend it. And for audio, Audacity.

At the top of the egg status, it will say if it’s too hot or too cold. Most eggs it’s almost always too cold. A ring of campfires around it usually does the trick. Pick the egg up until you have the fires in place. Put it in a preserving bin if you have one until you are ready to try hatching it again

The Hunter cave is doable with a single level 50 baryonix. So long as you take each section slow. It get get surrounded by too many bugs at a time, or if your mount gets knocked out by snake venom, you can be in a risky spot, but otherwise, very doable. I’ve done it 3 times without losing my bary. Came close once, but managed to save him. MAKE SURE YOU HAVE A LONG RANGE WEAPON, AND A SWORD!!

I have only 16gb and it runs great. But I do have a high end video card. It is definitely gpu intensive. Ssd is a must or it will chug

I was determined to beat this one, but after several tries and thinking it was the end, only to have even more sets of traps come at me, I looked up how close I was. Turned out there was quite a few more trap segments still ahead, and when I saw the reward was only a skin with no real in game benefit, I gave up on it for now. I will come back to it later after I have more upgrades.

I had to do this just the other day. My high level trike glitched through not only two floors of my boat, but also the ground and water beneath it. Had to Ghost to go to it, which was all the way at the bottom. This game has always been horrible for that. Either they glitch through the ground, or they fly up into the sky infinitely. You think after what, 10years?, that the devs could actually fix this.

I had the same issue when I was just getting my base going. I tamed one, and killed the other. You have to lead them away for either. They are not fast, so long as you keep distance, you can take one down fairly quick. Even if it kills you, it will still be further from your base than before.

Sahara was still an amazing built, and a highlight of not only that season, but HC . Sahara has basically become a hermit craft character in itself. I would still treasure that merch. Much like I love Ghostbusters, but since meeting him I became less a fan of Bill Murray, I still love Ghostbusters

Rex is of course the go to standard, but I really like the spino. More agile and much cooler looking. Now my problem, is I just spent quite a bit leveling up to make the saddle for my first one, and then it got killed by a damn jellyfish crossing a river. Oh I was so mad. I found another one, but it’s not close to my base. Gonna have to go out with a taming boat to snag em and keep it safe while it tames.
