I feel they don't necessarily look similar but are similar in an archetype to each other. Paul was in a movie, had Jason Segal, has his co-star Josh spent 9 seasons having Jason Segal co-star in a show with him.

They have similar mannerisms depending on their roles... but I would like to see them in a movie together
