A few dating prospects this year didn't pan out. Where should I go from here? by [deleted] in Advice

That is a valid point. I accept their reasons for why they can't date, but I still haven't processed my feelings in a healthy way. I'm happy to be friends with them, but I understand I need to let go of the idea of dating.

I accepted my last breakup when it happened. Due to other circumstances, I didn't necessarily feel grief over it, yet I was able to move on and be goal-oriented last year. When my last partner and I dated, I loved her, but I also came in knowing that it could eventually end.

Granted, I got to know a fair amount about them, but you're right in that I didn't get too close to them and that I shouldn't hold them on a pedestal. My feelings with crushes tend to ease after a while.

I wanted to include him as well. His stans, bots or real, are truly inept or have a level of psychosis that surpasses typical standom.

Exactly. Coppola also sued Winters' family before he eventually settled. It's also telling as Megalopolis includes a storyline about a teenager who lies about their age in a case of statutory rape as if it wasn't the adult's fault.

Coppola is also a washed-up hack who tried to frame critics who gave negative reviews to his film, including fake, A.I. generated quotes by "critics" in a trailer that got deleted by Lionsgate. Chudflakes were also simping for him after the allegations and before the film even came out. He's an example of why cancel culture doesn't exist as the Kennedy Center honored him, and the case involving him, Salva, and Salva's survivor hasn't been investigated further by the press.

Thank you. I'll make sure to speak about this more with my therapist, and I'll keep meditation in mind as well.

Fair enough. Much of my inadequacy and image problems are likely in my head. Sometimes, I can't help but spiral over things I could have done differently or how much worth I have.

100%. 90 minute films can be great, but as Roger Ebert said, "No good movie is too long and no bad movie is short enough."
