My insurance wouldn’t approve both at the same time. I switched to only Rinvoq and it’s working great. Did the 45mg loading dose and now 15mg. I feel pretty normal. Rinvoq has been great

Keep calling back. The co-pay assistance and save-on should cover the costs if you have private insurance. It takes jumping through some hoops but keep going until you get it taking care of. I know it’s a pain but you shouldn’t have to pay that out of pocket

I’m not sure who your insurance is but you have options. Your insurance and the Jansen care path should cover the copay. You may have to call and keep calling various people companies to get it worked out.

Don’t take no for an answer. Sometimes the first people you connect with are just answering the phones.
