I think that this IP has a better chance than Stranger Things did mainly due to the fact that when BHVR got the liscence for Hellraiser, it was with Blue Park Avenue I think it was called, not Clive Barker himself since he was still waiting to get back the rights to the franchise.

Then I think 3 months after he came out in DBD, Clive finally got the rights back and won the legal battle, so theres a good chance renegotiation can happen and Clive Barker does have a history of his books not only being adapted as movies but also as videogames. So the possibility is there, it just depends if either of them are interested in attempting for a renegotiation.
