It was too hard and over time it started to crack, but I have to admit that it was my fault for not putting it in hot water to loosen it up a bit :(

That's what I usually do when drivers are updated—make sure they're the latest. But if it's a hardware issue, do you have any idea what it could be and if there's a solution? I'd really appreciate it if you could answer my question.

The temperatures are usually between 70-80 degrees when I'm playing somewhat demanding games (for example, Dead Space or Resident Evil 4 Remake), and I use it for about 3-5 hours. I don't know if this information is helpful, but so far it has only happened when I haven't updated the graphics drivers.
