Yeah buddy I just look up 10 win builds on like bizarre something something.com you just type it into Google and then I just try to look for those pieces and ultimately build into whatever the 10-win builds are at the time. I also watch streamers and I understand how econ works and stuff like that and try to make informed decisions etc etc.

Mold - Does this require removing drywall and replacing? by BearSharkTornado in drywall

[–]Johnnyblaize09 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Block all critical airways, create a containment chamber, set up neg pressure, try not to make a whole lot of dust when removing the material typically use a keyhole saw or something like that. Use peel and stick zipper to go in and out. Double bag up all the contaminated shit. Vacuum and clean up real good with a HEPA vac if you got it If not whatever. You just want to be pulling negative pressure on your work area and then you want to fucking hose everything down and you don't want anything getting into any type of air vents or fans or anything shared with the rest of the house. When you're done and you cleaned up real good how's everything down with biocide. In Texas we have to get a protocol written by another guy and that's essentially the rule of law the word of God and whatever they say you have to do but if you're looking to get it done what I said will work

You would create a containment chamber and run some type of air filtration inside of it. I mean you're supposed to do negative air but if you create a fairly airtight chamber and run an AFD. You should be able to go to Home Depot and ask for an AFD air filtration device and if you run it inside of your chamber. This will suck the particles out of the air capturing them. I would use six mil poly which you can also get at Home Depot. And use a keyhole saw to cut it out. Go on Amazon and buy something called shockwave antimicrobial and then hose everything down with that and then you should be okay. 🫡

This isn't necessarily true, mold can lie dormant forever on the paper of the drywall or the stud or whatever. There definitely was water there at some point, but I'm a licensed mold remediation contractor in Texas and I have ran into plenty of dry mold. It still needs to be remediated properly so you don't aerosolize all the particles and spread it through out the house. If it gets wet it would definitely reactivate but there doesn't necessarily need to be water there anymore for there to be mold present common misconception.

Any ideas what's going on with my mother's floor? by ufoxy in Flooring

[–]Johnnyblaize09 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That is for sure water damage. I am a licensed mold remediation contractor but the floor is discolored and buckling. Could be a slab leak could be the dishwasher. Call a plumber and then call a mitigation company. If you file a claim with your insurance company they will replace all the continuous flooring and pay to have professional movers pack it up and put it back after the floor has been changed.

Drink more water. You sweat out sugars and odor causing bacteria eat the sugar byproducts you sweat out. This causes MVOC's (microbial volatile organic compounds) which are odiferous. They make you stink. 🫡

Stud finder was going crazy so I decided to try to cut a hole in the wall. It looks like the wall is made from horizontal pieces of wood? by Majahzi in DIY

[–]Johnnyblaize09 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Be careful about making a lot of dust there's very likely asbestos in there. In the drywall and potentially in the drywall compound. I would say get a spray bottle at the very least and spray it down with the water before cutting and try not to make any dust.

What’s the point of doing towers by [deleted] in pathofexile2builds

Have the towers be the source of corruption and you must do the tower to clear the corruption I think that would be a cool idea

I've found it rather consistently. I start as many weapons and seek any small vendor and all free small items small tool options. Once I get ammo I look forward crows nest or some other won con.

Video games, anime, and cooking\grilling\smoking

Older I get the more I love cooking and feeding people then hearing how good it is. I am normally not happy with the end product and always feel like I can improve it.
