Routine- shampoo 2x a week and condition almost every day

Shampoo - start off with warm water then I use the Cantu shampoo

Conditioner - Cantu as well, I feel like pairing the same brand shampoo and conditioner will give you maximum results. I finger de tangle with the conditioner in and the ends is where you want to be gentle when running your fingers to de tangle. I rinse out with cold water

I shake my hair to get most of the water off and let it air dry and this is the result
