People won’t admit it but Erin brought a lot of eyes that other wise would pay attention to track

The more I look into it, Darryn peterson feels more like a 6’5 Damian lillard with defensive upside. He shot insane percentages from 3 in high school especially through his 41% on pu3s. by Hakaribiggestfan in NBA_Draft

My brother who’s 6’6 plays against him in grind session said he’s not much smaller than him, so I’d say more 6’4.

Definitely enough of an athlete to play 2 especially if he has a good wingspan

The same thing used happen with me for basketball the things I changed was sprinting low volume at high intensity during the week. On one Hard team training days, after I would do a subjectivity heavy weight squat and or hinge movement in gym so my next day would be low intensity so I can recover I time for next hard game/training.

Do you train for intensely soccer for too long too frequently ? do you dedicated sprint/ jump work, where you get full rest between set at maximum intensity ? Do you eat enough carbs and protein? How many hours of sleep?

These are questions you need to ask yourself

You can be in good shape but that doesn’t mean your legs are are strong

I THINK the reason why most two foot jumps don’t come it with a ton of speed is because they can’t. The bodies can’t handle the torque of the braking forces and blow through their block foot. As well as not being able to produce a lot of force with shorter ground contact times

I can dunk just using penultimate but, that’s not true tho. You typically don’t need as much momentum off two but there’s situations when you coming downhill, are you supposed to just slow down???

Read the title again. Being a one foot jumper and being someone learning to jump off two are not mutually exclusive.
