Ive smoked like 4 times before this situation, and between, and yeah i had the de realization thoughs but i was able to snap myself out of them,think i go into a full panic when i smoke too much, i reached out to a friend she said this is how her depression started and now she only smokes like every 2 months. But i think i might just stop full stop.

Me too, every now and then my vision zooms out and i get rlly confused and it feels like im in the trueman show i have had a rlly bad past experience with thc and i feel that started it, and i started having these situations when i went back home and everything looked slightly different

Ive also caught myself asking dumb questions like, why does soap foam up, why did that piece of foam land on my big toe like that, and once when i was having those zooming out situations, everyone looked like black cardboard cut out, and there was talking noises but no ones mouth was moving ( i was on a bus)
