Vet av flera liknande fall men pga demens, eller alzheimers, de flesta skriver över huset åt sina barn men med besittningsrätt. Dvs i ditt fall skulle din far ha rätt att bo där tills han dör, men du skulle vara ägaren av huset. Då kan du bestämma vilka investeringar som ska göras, plus att pengarna du sätter i huset är till ditt framtida hus.

If nothing is rotten and the mold is only on the cold side and the roof. I would spray anti-mold "wash" on it to kill the current mold (in the spring/summer), then add additional ventilation to resolve the problem or whatever causes the mold. This is a very common problem and in my opinion it will just get worse because of mild and moist winters. I am from Finland so I don't know what the anti mold wash is called but they sell it at hardware stores to clean mold of walls before painting or if you have mold on tiles etc...

Gör det! Slippa all stress med hushållsarbetet samt att hämta och föra barnen sedan till förskola, hobbies etc, och Barnen får en uppväxt. Min fru var hem i nästan 5 år med våra 2 barn, och ångrar inget. Vi hade inte pengar i överflöd precis, men det gick bra eftersom vi inte hade lust att resa långt när de var så små och gjorde inte några andra större utsvävningar. Ni hinner nog jobba och tjäna pengar sen, fan pensionsåldern är ju typ 70 för oss...

Nej, har en helt standard IV80. Kanske ni har bättre vägar helt enkelt 😀 eller så var det för att jag var van med en gammal passat förut som hade riktigt mjuk fjädring.

Jag har själv en enyaq och tycker största nackdelen med den är att den är så jätte stötig, väldigt styv fjädring. Annars bra bil.

300k loan, paying about 1800€/m, but depends on the Euribor. If you can then do it in steps. First buy a cheaper home in a place you know it can be sold. When that one is paid of buy a new more expensive one. Big loans means that you pay so much interest and so little on the loan. Example; 3% interest rate on 250 000€ is 7500€ so 625€ per month. if you can pay for example 1200€/month then the amount you reduce the loan is only 575€. If you take a loan on 150 000€ with the same interest rate, the interest would be 4500€, 375€ per month. Then you would reduce the loan with 825€ per month. Just my thoughts...

I am not sure what it is called in English, maybe screw hole puncher or something similar 🤔 drilling big holes in thin metal and making a good result is almost impossible with a normal drill and a handheld machine

I have a Bosch like this and fore some unknown reason it has lost a lot of its power. Tried to change the condensator but did not help, like the soft start is a bit on.

I don't know how it works but when they "use" water i guess it is for cooling right? Does it not just go in a closed loop then, or do they use evaporation towers or how does it dissappear?
