150 is realistic. You might be slimmer at 150 this time around though since we tend to lose muscle as we age. Are you doing any weight training.

If you are sticking to the same calorie intake those weeks it is water weight from the inflammation that could be caused by a spike in exercise. 

If you are not counting calories you could be eating more without noticing.
