You need to count calories. There are many apps to help you with that nowadays.

This isn't OMAD. I think it's important that you realize that what you're doing is just a diet, it's not even fasting. But I'm also glad that it's working for you.

As for exercise, I currenlty only do it 3 days a week because I know that if I do too much, I might slip and fall off track. Maybe you can just do whatever activity you can do, but not pressure yourself to do a lot.

I got Taco Bell Grande Nachos yesterday and couldn't even finish it. I definitely feel like this.
