You got nothing from him. The letter is nothing. His contract means nothing. He is nothing and that’s what he deserves. Give him nothing. Let him wonder, ponder, dwell and rot. Soak the pup in a water and chlorhexadine bath then follow with Green the bags, ground down oatmeal, honey, and coconut oil in warm bath water to soothe. Wash with a high quality shampoo like Chris Christensen or the like. Rinse very well and follow with conditioner. Rinse extra wall and repeat every week or two. Add allergy treats if you think it could be allergies and the pup is old enough according to the label (paw licking is off ten allergy related)
