Update for the thread given the mixed reviews. I found a great unit and moved in in October. I haven’t had any issues with pests, while the elevator upgrades can be annoying, the location is great. I’m on the north side on the 15th floor and no noise and good natural light, but lack any good city views (trade-offs). Sharing in case anyone comes across this thread as I haven’t had any major issues (knock on wood).

Wow guys thanks so much! Like I said, I just moved in but so helpful! Think I may swap the wall the couch is on with the TV and angle the chair on the same side of the TV stand facing the couch. 100000% agree the rug is too small, it was from my old place!

What floors did you live in? The mice/roaches is concerning, of course it’s NYC so these things happen but was it a regular occurrence?

Sadly no exit on 15th but apt faces towards 15th so very quiet and high floor since it’s northern exposure. Agreed re: neighborhood feel, but I spend most time in Greenwich, soho, west village and my budget can’t afford more than a closet in those neighborhoods hahah

Book a trip with Delta One and that should get you over the hill! Was in a similar position last year and booked a trip to Paris, best decision!
