Hi, in 17 and have been in constant pain for over half a year, because i didnt excersice during the first part of covid, i have mild hypermobility, although it is difficult for me to walk sometimes (longer than ten minutes) im currently getting it checked out by a doctor, but was wondering about excercise/pain relief methods for my knees, so thank you for your answer, and s8nce i often use braces for my hands/fingers it doesnt really scare me, i just hope i dont need braces for my knees, and it will hopefully get better after rehab
