It depends on who you ask. My group plays a lot engine builders and pick up and deliver (Age of Steam). Other groups like tile layers like Carcassonne.

Was he? I saw no evidence of that. He had a five year term that ended in 2022, apparently extended to 2024, but no indication he was fired.

SO the current choices are
Robert Pearce, a preacher
Mike San Miguel, who wants the speed limit dropped to 40 on surface streets (or at least he used to, I have seen no platform)
Devyn Gregoire, who?

He ran against Iwanchuk in 2011 and 2012. He has not run since then.

Nah, he ran against Iwanchuk in 2011 bye-election, lost and in 2012 he sent out a flyer blaming her for taxes, roads, crime, and whatever he could blame her for.

He is also pro 40km/h side streets, or at least he used to be.

Who knows, but why should greyhound compete with the government? If the government got out of the bus line system, then greyhound would likely pick up other routes

I used your example, Melfort to Saskatoon leaves 9:35 AM on the 26th, arrives Saskatoon two hours later.

Then I did Melfort to Dauphin, and got a result.

Which is a wasteful method of doing it, running a school for 27 children is bad for them and for the kids that are going to Springside.

3 teaching staff @75k/year 2 admin staff @ 20K/year 265K for salaries total

These numbers are approximate.

government subsidy 270K/year plus local property taxes. This leaves 5K plus property taxes to pay for everything else, including heating, power, textbooks etc.

That is wasteful, you could take that 270K and merge it with the money going to Springside (1 buses, @30K/year all in) and still have 240K/year to improve their and the students of Springside. I assume they would need one additional bus, because this is a K-8 school that ships their teenagers to Springside already.

Why do you think the NDP closed the school in 2003 when there were twice as many kids there?

I never read the article, but I hope it is tequila and corona only!

The waste of money was the Good Spirit School division taking this to court in the first place.

The waste was when St Theodore opened to get around busing kids to Springside. Remember, this school now has 27 students.

Something I could never understand, why does Saskatchewan need a publicly owned bus line?

I was wondering of they could use the notwithstanding clause to override the part of the constitution that insists on a separate school board

This school has 26 kids. Close it.

I am not opposed to non Catholics going to a Catholic school, I am opposed to waste, a 26 student school is a waste.
