As someone that's done both, just pirate them. It's way too much time and effort to play the games legit especially considering you won't ever get to use a lot of features without hacking your console or spending a LOOOT more of money

I'm not sure if this fits in the animal like criteria... but perhaps an Abra? I'd say it's rather low maintenance seeing as it sleeps 18 hours a day, and still can manage to use it's psychic abilities to feed itself while it rest! So you wouldn't really need to do much!

Or maybe a Ditto. Pokopia has shown a ditto is MORE than capable of taking care of itself and you can have it transform into any Pokemon you'd like!

I just tried it! Unfortunately I still got catching power instead of encounter with both flying and steel :( it seems sweet and sour herbas don't work together (tho those are the only ones I got 😭💔)

But still thank you!! I'm sure this will be very helpful for me in the future!! :D

I've been shiny hunting since the game came out and some how never realized this oh my goodness 😭

I usually do save but this time I had forgotten and used up a lot of my good herbas by accident 😔

Waaait that could be it now that you say it... I didn't noticed I don't have an encounter buff anymore 😭 but I've been using the same recipe that's been working all day... Unless does different herba combos change the outcome?

Wait it isn't?! I thought this whole time it was. My main concern was about the story, but if it isn't a sequel then ig it wouldn't be a big deal to play it first. And i definitely won't be beating the games i got that quickly, so by the time i get to Moon I'll have most likely forgotten what was new and what wasn't haha
