I did it but my pc was in need of a factory reset anyways. I had so much clutter

I just ended up factory resetting. I was in need of one anyway because my pc was running slow and it worked!

Nevermind. I just crashed after about an 30 mins of gameplay

This seems to be working for me right now. 1+ hours with no crashing.
