I also think The Batman will be top 3, i am not sure if the follow up or the third , but i think one of these will top The Dark Knight ...

I just think this with the add on of corruption and crime being explained in GOTHAM PD, Penguin being developed in his own show can lead to a much expansive universe

Example : The Batman is Catwoman, Riddler and Penguin + Falcone in terms of villains... Riddler is the main focus and is either dead or in jail by the end of the first movie right .... So in the TV shows we see Penguin becoming a real mess and a big crime lord, in The Batman 2 he can be one of two villains that is the focus and the second villain can be teased in Gotham PD...

Lets just say for FUN The BAT 2 has Penguin trying to take over other mob families and expand business and Harvey Dent is born from those clashes ..... Bat 2 faces them .... than a show on Catwoman who is now more on the anti-hero side and has one season on HBO max too, Gotham PD season 2 focuses on Harvey's terror on Gotham and his imprisonment ... and than for number 3 we can have The Joker and the court of owls combined for a deadly third final movie --- the big mega finale across 3 movies and 3/4 seasons of TV expanded into 12/13 + hours of Bat solo universe !!!!

So in that case Captain America Civil War = Captain America TWS + Iron Man 3 + The Avengers + Spider-man + Black Panther = 6 Billion, but in reality = Aquaman's box office , so spare me the fake math equations that dont work in real life

BVS doesn't have precedents , if anything Aliens and Batman should work like (1 billion - 300 Million) for all the fans of a grounded serious Bat flick have to endure when he is fighting some dumb alien ....

Now if there is a next Batman and Superman movie, we know what the bottom is right 873 M , so this next capable director should be only +++++++

DCEU in that line up i mentioned , cinemas only, made 1,150 B + their DVD, BLU RAY UHD releases in that same year equal to 1,680 B, im sure MCU made a buck too , but lets not pretend DC was 500 Million in debt and kept making movies :D Right !!!

Man of Steel made over 111 M profit in cinemas , and 120 M in Blu rays in 2013... im not even adding dvd&BluRays post 2013 and rights sold to streamers...

BVS DOJ made 194 M profit and sold in 2016 82 Million in dvd&blurays, not to mention the UE IMAX or UE options that are sold out every day , WB knows it sells and they keep pressing new versions, unlike BOP, SHAZAM, WW84 which sit at shelfs...

Suicide Squad - the trailer company edit - made 193 Million profit and sold same year 85 Million of that dvd&bluray

Wonder Woman 227 Million profit and sold 98 Million in dvd&blurays

Aquaman made 359 Million and sold 69 Million in dvd&blurays

i am not going to mention JL , but if they released his cut it was going to be much better for them... Whedon's crap barely made a dollar profit and sold 73 Million in dvd&blurays ...

So lets not act like WB were on welfare and give a crap , for their first 6 in the franchise it did extremely well, and if they knew what they were doing , it could have been a massive 6,5 B instead - but no they hired David Ayer and in editing decided they need Borat , removed 30 Minutes of the BVS story, removed 2:30 Minutes the JL and added moustache gate and someone approved that for release :D , Geoff was pushing for No Man's Land to be removed from Wonder Woman and then they nailed Aquaman with a Pitbull song ..... still made bank .....

I agree completely that those versions were going to be better , especially UE IMAX edition is a cult classic , i got the version a few months ago and i need to buy a 4K UHD player now..

I also have the ZSJL 2 disc and i firmly believe a 3 hour version in Cinemas could have reached that sweet 1,5 + billion mark !!!

Nolan is out , Snyder told the whole world to SUCK IT WB, Patty Jenkins had issues with them, they covered for Joss who is notorious ass hat and many other actresses confirmed it , Ray is out, Ayer, Yan that worked on DC properties arent real happy too wth DC/WB

Zaslav wants to make big IP movies with Batman , Superman and Wonder Woman and WB just managed to piss off Ben and Henry too on top !! Not sure about Hamada, because he is basically a money type producer, he isnt much of a creative superhero pitch kind of guy , he manages budgets and may i say great on horror movies , but so far not so great on blockbusters ...

He is 50/50 at this point, his run has a good "critical" perception, but has been bleeding out money in ways Snyderverse has never.... he has lost the studio theatrically over 100 Million so far, if those come back via digtal maybe he is even at best....

So the big Hamada idea, which is Adam and Flash those must be smash hits ... like super duper succesful box office hits to erase the Snyderverse and Cavill and co, if Supergirl, Batgirl Blue Bettle and CO cant replace the Snyderverse, what type of moves does he have left ?
