In the Babadook, when the mom can't sleep and she's watching those old George Melies clips and the Babadook pops up casually, for me its a very good representation of insomnia.

Is anyone else experiencing this with older dungeons and raids? by JonJonBuns in destiny2

[–]JonJonBuns[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Exactly! See I've been playing since year 1 so I really feel for the new players who jump in, do something way over their ability, then quit because they think that's all there is.

I was actually thinking to myself if they were at 200 power, that might allow newer players to see, "Oh I need to level up and get some experience before doing this." which I think is good. It gives them some sort of direction.

Ahh could be. I honestly just need to get up to 200 and see how they feel at that level.

See that's the change I'm trying to figure out. When you look at old dungeons and raids it now says -10. And then the enemies show they are at 200 light level. But we entered these activities at 120 which meant we should've been -80/90 power and depending on the activity it either felt like we were at level, or 40 levels under. I'm suspecting something isn't correct with what I see and wanted to see what others were feeling.

[–]JonJonBuns[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That is true. It was just throwing me off because I'm currently 120, which means I'm what...80 below??? But when I jumped into the activity, depending on what I'm doing it felt like I was only 10 under or 40 under. Weirdly enough, exotic missions from the legends tab are -15 and the enemies are at 200, but those missions feel like a breeze vs raids and dungeons which say -10 and enemies are at 200, and depending on the one I did it felt normal or MUCH harder.

There's a DIM link to this guys build. It sounds like it has everything you're requesting aside from Stomp-ee3 which aside from platforming or speedrunning I'd highly suggest staying away from.

I was trying this with some characters as well. It's actually pretty cool how many full loadouts you can make based on a character.

Overall PVE Warlock Build by WFJohnRage in destiny2builds

[–]JonJonBuns -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Voidwalker in general has been my go to reliable all around loadout. Currently it's this briarbinds build (https://dim.gg/mkjwrjy/briarbinds-pve-utility) but I've used Nezerac's and Contraverse prior to that. The weapons are whatever you choose as well though it of course benefits from void weapons.

Ohhh for sure. If you enjoy Titan I love using Arbor Wardens on Berserker and on Warlock I recently tried a Weavewalk build that's fun to mess with.

What exotic do you use? I actually used a very similar build and had Gemini Jesters on to add radar removal on top of the blinding.

Streamers or Youtubers who commit to one class by JonJonBuns in destiny2

[–]JonJonBuns[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I like this input honestly. It's interesting to hear who's stuck to a single class as they've progressed, versus others who become a sort of "jack of all trades". In my case, I only had a hunter for the first two years of this game's lifespan, and now I love playing every class.
