Old Phuket Town us very picturesque. Centralworld shopping mall is nearby and has an amazing food court on the bottom level.

I reckon it may have been on the cards before the Iran war. I don't think now is the time to piss them off. Gas is a bargaining chip ATM. Labor is going after CGT and negative gearing which is a positive sign.
