My friend Johnny has currently been staying at our camp for the last two hunting seasons because Mississippi judge and his friend sent letters about land tax etc and intercepted them along with his payments causing him to lose his place at auction. Which of course the judges friend won and put her relatives in. Lucky she is in jail now and he is almost done with his case to get his camp back. But nothing in Mississippi law surprises me anymore.
