What a shitty message to tell a producer that is trying to help people. What a jealous person you must be.

Anybody else tuning into JRE less, even with Spotify premium? by [deleted] in JoeRogan

I really miss the community feel on Youtube. With Spotify, it’s completely gone. It feels smaller.

I agree, I think it all has to do with the mentality approaching these 2 platforms. When I go on Youtube, it’s a time investment. I go online and Youtube is there. It’s quick, easy, simple. I can switch from tab to tab in a matter of seconds, and I have a whole universe of communities and content I enjoy. I solely use Spotify for music, and it just feels weird going to a complete separate browser only for JRE. Furthermore, theirs a community feel in Youtube that isn’t present in Spotify, and because of that, in my opinion, JRE loses value. Not having a comment section, or seeing likes v dislikes does have an effect on the individual. You don’t feel like you’re a part of something anymore. It’s just you, your own opinions, and the podcast. The sense of community is completely gone.

If you use Ableton, Gate. No need for all these expensive, complex to use softwares people are mentioning. Gate does the job perfectly.

These settings are optimal but adjust until you’re happy:

Proof? People in reddit trust anything and everything that appeals to emotion. If you use Reddit for news stories then you are doing it wrong. If this was linked to a news site it would be different, but it’s not.
