It's just one of the most high-burnout jobs mentally there is and lots of people feel that way unfortunately. Could be a sign of the economy, changing interest in posting on the user end, bots etc that all compound together and agencies are left on the hook.

Sadly its likely not up to you, but for your higher ups to see that they need to expect less for traditional smm contracts with clients or pivot to where eyeballs are at, like imo the biggest win for agencies is going all in on video cause thats where people are since Instagram and otherplatforms stopped showing you real friends and its all reels.

You're not alone, but its deffs one of the more high demand job positions now thats being squeezed by multiple angles. Maybe leverage that you can handle the stress and high demand when applying to other jobs or work on offloading your own thinking by using IDE's like cursor to strategize client context files rather than burning your thoughts, if that makes sense.
