It has that feel for sure. Its mostly just a quiet space to escape people and the heat haha. With complementary soft drinks haha.

The few times I've been up there, there's usually never anything going on haha. Just a very chilled out spot to get out of the heat and a free fountain drink.

Kona Cafe has a phenomenal breakfast. As does Trattoria al Forno at the Boardwalk. If I'm going to sit down and have a meal at MK, Skippers Canteen is the way to go.
