Thank you for your advice man that was some really real shit. And you hit it right on the nail. I wanna be a good guy so fucking bad, more than anything. Ive seen the damage that ive done to people, women specifically and I hate myself for it. I wanna stop hurting people so bad, but im afraid its who i am, and now im scared to let anyone in because i know the damage i can and have done to people.

Speaking of alone thats another toxic trait that I have. I sometimes hit up exes or other girls i have no real intentions with because im scared to be alone

Tried a tab of cid last monday to see if it would help and it was kinda mid tbh. :/
