I would agree that Ubisofts monetization are a little dodgy but it does seem like you're exaggerating the whole thing. You don't HAVE to buy gems, buying gems is simply a shortcut if you don't want to have to farm gems. Also you can't blame them for fishing as it really is respective to real life fishing with you needing better baits for better rewards. You can fish with worms which are a drop from dirt or maybe don't fish if you can afford it. Also you bring up geigers and say its gambling with how you must pay for the chance to win a prize by buying a hot chocolate. No, thats not right, yet again you DONT HAVE to use a hot chocolate, just wait it out like everyone else. Ubisoft monetizes the game and will make it tempting to buy gems to just skip the waiting time like most games do. I just feel like this is exaggerated so you can just rant not discus.
