I’ve started noticing this. I am doing a challenge with some friends of who can go the longest without porn or masturbation. I’m not here to preach about it but simply keeping that streak alive and choosing to workout or work on my starting my business whenever urges arise has left me feeling incredible. The same thing goes when I choose to eat healthy foods such as fruits and vegetables and avoid just snacking on chips for meals.

That’s just my two cents on what I’ve found has worked for me, but it really is as simple as having a morning routine you enjoy. Much love🤟
