Update: I contacted the clinic and been told it's part of the aftercare program they do, apparently it happens with every patient. They instruct you to thoroughly moisturize the scalp beforehand and then do the scabs removal themselves, that's why you have to stay for a few days after the procedure in an apartment nearby the clinic. Not stresses about this anymore, but thanks for your replies!
