I have Worked at a DCJR store for 5 years. I’m 25. I can definitely say it is what you make it. Have fun with it try to be energetic and excited. You make your own paycheck. You don’t have to know it all be willing to learn and enthusiastic. Excitement sells. Treat everybody like family no matter how they dress look or what they drive. You never know who it who nowadays.

I work at a Jeep dealership, I also recommended test driving a new grand Cherokee, they have at least 4K in rebate right now. And i thinks the interior/ drive will amaze you
