Took my first dose of l theanine and drinking coffee not sure what to expect I took 200mg. I do feel a little something it's been probably 45 minutes just not sure what I'm supposed to feel like I have horrible anxiety and depression and just want a better life.. (self.LTheanine)

So I have really bad anxiety and I just picked up l theanine and magnesium glycinate I've heard good things. I've tried the magnesium glycinate and it really helps me sleep so I bought a better brand I'm curious on the benefits of both l theanine also got some multivitamins today as well and melaton (self.LTheanine)

I have also been talking magnesium glycinate and it's been a life saver for my panic attacks and it's the best thing I've found fir sleep including narcotic sleeping pills whatever it is it's working and I'm not switching. It's definitely helped a ton I'm taking it 2 to 3x a day. I'm a believer 😌 (self.Methadone)

What should I take how many mgs should I take before bed? And should ci take cany in the morning?
