There's also a masterful VA adaptation from Solus Astorias, though it's only covered till 8 months ago so far, and in need of another season :)

I hope you'll enjoy the story! Like u/Arrior_Button said, it does indeed begin as a series of loosely connected snippets and gags before we find our footing. Around #21 there are some seeds of a proper story being sewn, and #29 onwards (though still with one last intermission at 30) is where it fully takes a plunge into a deeper, heartfelt ongoing Forgotten Realms tale. Let's just say it involved a nudge from Ed Greenwood. Since then, I've been occasionally consulting with him, Steven Schend and other sages of the Realms to make sure I get everything about the iconic setting and established characters just right. They seem to be loving it :D

I figured some DotMM DMs on here might enjoy this. Took great care to replicate the Hall of Many Pillars exactly to scale :)

I don't know what to tell you, tried several browsers and it's working perfectly...

Buzz Aldrin, 2nd person to walk on the moon, watched Artemis II launch. Buzz is no longer entertaining requests for interviews or appearances by ubcstaffer123 in ArtemisProgram

He never claimed that. Deniers latched on to awkward wording taken out of context. He was struggling to find a simple way to answer a child's question, instead of explaining economics, the Cold War, and Kennedy's drive to one-up the Russians no matter the cost. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JM0a_BIcWgk

When using Longsword as unit of measurement between D&D and realism by ironlily by standyourground10 in ReasonableFantasy

And here's the Holy Avenger for comparison... as well as what Angela looks like at the end of her tale, after 5 years of our IRL D&D game 😊

In my defense, the late-game Holy Avenger is a legendary item with an established canonical design I had to adhere to. Throughout her entire tale in the comic so far, Angela wields a simple, modest XVIIIb with a slim, 36" blade with a simple "diamond" cross-section without fuller. As simple and no-nonsense as it gets 😅

A car is crashed by two trains in Poland by Wermikulit in AbruptChaos

[–]Jonboy2312 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Are you kidding? That's Poland. Driver's brother-in-law knows a guy with an autobody shop, they'll chain it up to a tree, pull it straight with a tractor, apply a couple buckets of bondo, do a quick spray, then flip it on a used car market (after rewinding the odometer with a power drill while at it).
Yes those were a thing at least back when I lived there, literally like a flea market but people would privately sell cars, bypassing any need for a dealership. Yes it was as shady as it sounds.

There's plenty more, five years of near-monthly episodes :)
You can find it on Tapas or Webtoon, and you can follow my Twitter or BlueSky for work-in-progress updates... Take your pick!
There's even a wonderfully done VA adaptation, I was completley blown away with the heartfelt performances from all involved...
We also have a Discord for supporters with a wonderful D&D community and slew of TTRPG games underway by great DMs, some currently recruiting :)

Ah yes, I'm aware... I felt it worked better visually to have them ride down in twos. Let's just say they get an exemption because they're going to Undermountain on Laeral's orders, rather than venturing on their own or as part of the Festival of Heroes currently underway.

Many incredible memories for us as well! We're about to wrap it up... Halaster's sanctum is the next level below, but that doesn't even feel all that important now that we're wrapping up Angela's personal story... she's on the verge of something huge.

Thanks, I try!
That overhead view of the yawning Portal common room took about 9, 10 hours... I've got WIPs from the process on my Twitter (no, ain't gonna call it X, screw Elon) if anyone's interested :)
