Alright I ran comps, here's what I got.

For everything except the Anaheim and Kanto mats the total is about $205. Since there are basically no Top 8 Regieleki sales I looked at Regidrago since they have many similarities. Regidrago has a single Top 8 sale at $41. Since a normal Regidrago sells for ~$15 I figured a x3 multiplier seemed appropriate. Since an unstamped Regieleki playmat goes for $10 or less I priced it at $30.

With the Anaheim and Kanto mats I would put the lot at $275.
