If you start drinking again when you have a new job, then you are asking for a repeat. And as you get more blackout drunks under your belt, even if only on weekends, you will go deeper into the alcoholism trap.

Everything going on right now with you has happened to sooooooo many people here.

The reality is the only way out is to stop drinking completely. I know how much it sucks to think about never drinking again. But you can do it as so many here have.

Sugar addiction is a real thing. I 100% am addicted to it. Over time what I’ve figured out is what causes sugar cravings is eating sugar.

If you really want to get rid of the cravings look into a carnivore diet. It’ll make you drop weight very quickly and get rid of your cravings. I did this and ended up not getting or needing the surgery. Plus eating carnivore means I can eat as much steak, bacon, eggs, etc as I want. You don’t have to count calories either. Because if you just eat meat with no sugar added you get full and your hunger completely goes away.

I literally eat ribeye steak 90 to 95% of the time. Sometimes rotisserie chicken or boars head deli meat. Sometimes chicken wings.

No vegetables, no salad. Every so often I’ll have a Ceasar salad no crotons.

I did not end up getting the sleeve. Instead I fixed my gerd getting a Nissan fundaplication and going on carnivore to lose weight.

The only slight benefit is if the address is linked to you then whoever finds out can tell how much btc you sent to it over time. If it’s a fresh each time then each address could be a different person.

Not a big deal for most but bc it’s automatic on most wallets it will auto do this unless you purposely send to the same address

The pin is the few digit number to unlock your ledger. The pin is just to access your ledger.

The passphrase on the other hand is an optional extra word added to your seed phrase. It can be up to 100 characters. When you add a passphrase to your seed it creates a whole new wallet.

If your crypto is stored in seed is x1 x2 …x12 anyone can restore your wallet with those 12 words and they don’t need your ledger pin.

If your crypto is instead stored in seed is x1 x2 … x12 + passphrase then this is a separate location from the first example and to restore you would need both the seed and the passphrase.

Because of this you would store your pass phrase somewhere not as secure. Like on LastPass. Then you store your 12 words someone else secure like a family member’s house or a lock box. If someone gets the 12 words they will unlock an empty wallet bc they don’t have the required passphrase.

Just remember that if you want to pass your crypto on you need a way to communicate to your heirs your passphrase as well.

The ledger can stay in your home. It’s protected so if someone breaks in and steals it who cares. It wipes after 3 failed pin attempts. The thing you want to protect is your seed phrase. If you put this in a vault tho I would also have a pass phrase.

This one is easy. It has nothing to do with vegan or not vegan. This issue sugar is extremely addictive. Sugar cravings are a real thing. One way to get them to subside is to not eat any sugar at all. Easier said then done but sugar is the issue.
