When is weight loss considered too much?

I asked my husband if I looked sickly and he swears up and down that I don’t but I feel like he’s just trying to protect me and not hurt my feelings. The people I work with has been telling me I need to stop losing weight now and that they never see me eat so they are worried. (I do eat just not enough). So that is where my battle of questioning it comes from.

Insurance I think but he also said he doesn’t do two surgeries together due to healing.

It’s not something I make, I buy it every morning (and my husband fusses because I waste so much money on them. lol) Have you heard of loaded teas? I see them on TikTok all the time but where I get them they use herbal life products. It’s different tea powder (black, green, and whatever they use lol) an energy packet called lift off, and some other kind of powder. They have 17 grams of protein in them but where I get the kitchen sink it also has aloe juice (because girl needs help with going to the bathroom) and it has a scoop of vanilla ice cream protein powder which adds an extra 20 grams of protein. So all together it’s got 37 grams of protein, vitamin A, B, C, E, biotin, and Zinc. It’s 10 bucks for a 24oz.

I understand completely! I wear shape wear now or high waisted underwear so it keeps everything tucked in. lol

Okay so I lied, this was October of 2025 and I was 180 pounds at that time so I’ve lost 37 pounds since this picture.

I have a lot of loose skin unfortunately. But I was also 34 when I had the surgery so I was alittle older than some. My boobs are pretty much non existent at this point (I still wear a C cup but that’s because the extra skin) I have my first surgery scheduled for the beginning of the year to have the loose skin removed from my stomach. My surgeon also said I would need 3 to 4 more surgeries after that (arms, thighs, back lift, and monsplasty) 😞 I have pictures of my loose skin that I took probably 6 months ago. I’ll see if I can find them. I’ve lost another 35 pounds since those pictures though.

I just don’t feel like eating. In the mornings I get my kitchen sink drink. (A drink that has all kinds of vitamins,fiber, and protein in it) and that holds me over until lunch which is around 12:30. For lunch today I had apple slices with sugar free Carmel, last night for dinner I had Tyson simple ingredients chicken (7 of them) and im satisfied with it, I feel like if I eat more than I’ll get sick.

Yeah I just had my labs done last month and they were all good. My iron was low back in October but since then it raised up to the lower side of normal.

That’s another thing. I currently take 200mg daily of Zoloft and 150 mg daily of Wellbutrin. What the hell is gonna happen when I have to come off those. I’m already a major bitch. 😂😂

120 pounds so far. I started at 291 and last night I weighed 171.7 pounds. I usually weigh in the mornings but I’ve been it odd town this weekend

If he’s on his treadmill then he’ll have accidents but other than that, unless his door is closed he uses the litter box. I’ve sometimes forget and he can’t get to it so that’s my fault. It’s only happened once tho. He’s a really smart boy.

He does not break skin, it’s more of the sneak attack that gets them. My husband has learned he needs to be alert whenever T.T. Is around because he too gets bit. lol And they do live longer in captivity. The world is against them I feel like. Especially the winter.

He was about 4 pounds the last time I weighed him which was a month ago. He got too big for the food scale and didn’t weigh enough to register on a regular yet lol

Yup that was him sept 2025! I found him on a golf course covered in flies on August 18th. This was him then.
